Senior Tech Assistance at Redmond Library - First Collaboration with EmP

On October 12 2025, the community hosted its third senior tech assistance session at the Redmond Library — and its first collaboration with the local nonprofit Emerald Parents Association (EmP).
Seniors arrived early, eager to receive help on various technology topics.

A team of high school and middle school volunteers offered patient, one-on-one support, helping with tasks such as transferring photos between phones and computers, formatting text in WeChat, and connecting printers.



Their kindness and enthusiasm created a warm and engaging atmosphere.

Through collaboration, the community is turning intergenerational tech support into a lasting bridge of care for seniors.
