Welcome to United Hub (“we,” “us,” or “our”) WA PSE's Climate Commitment Act (CCA) Decarbonization Rebate Program website (the “Site”). By accessing or using our Site to learn about, apply for, or participate in the PSE CCA Decarbonization Rebate Program (the “Program”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). 1. Eligibility for the PSE CCA Decarbonization Rebate Program
The PSE CCA Decarbonization Rebate Program is designed to provide financial assistance in the form of grants or rebates to low-income families seeking to electrify their homes and upgrade appliances to energy-efficient models. To be eligible, you must:

Be a resident within PSE’s service territory, with proof of ownership or operation at the project site.

Meet the income eligibility requirement of at or below 80% of the County Area Median Income (AMI).

The premise uses PSE natural gas to fuel the main source of space heating.

Intend to use the grant funds solely for approved decarbonization measures and related project costs.

2. Application Process
To apply for the Program, you must provide accurate and complete information as required by the application form. Your submission constitutes your agreement that:

You authorize us to verify your eligibility, including sharing details with any necessary third-party partners or government agencies.

Incomplete or inaccurate applications may result in disqualification.
3. Use of Funds
Funds received under the PSE CCA Decarbonization Rebate Program must be used only for the intended purposes, which is replacing current natural gas heating source to electrical heat pump. You may be required to provide documentation and receipts confirming the use of funds as specified.
4. Rebates Disbursement
The PSE CCA Decarbonization Rebate Program funds are limited and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Disbursement of funds is subject to:

Availability of program funds at the time of approval.
