The objective of this scope of work is to support activation of the Environmental Sustainability Action Plan (ESAP) and conduct equitable and inclusive outreach across environmental sustainability topics included in the ESAP. Inclusive outreach includes addressing participation barriers such as: limited English proficiency, low income, low literacy, limited mobility, culture, disabilities, age, work schedule, and child or elder care responsibilities.
