Cleanup BelRed on Earth Day- Reaffirming the Commitment To a Cleaner, Greener Future

Today our community proved once again that when we come together with a shared purpose, great things can happen. Eight dedicated volunteers gathered along a stretch of BelRed to take part in a community roadside cleanup event organized by United Hub in collaboration with Adopt-A-Street as a celebration of Earth Day.

With gloves on and trash bags in hand, volunteers of all ages worked side by side to remove litter from the roadside. From discarded bottles and wrappers to even destroyed tires, the difference was visible by the end of the morning.

The weather was optimal with blue skies above while we cooperated to make a difference, no matter the size.

What made the event even more special was the energy and positivity shared among the volunteers. Many expressed a desire to give back to the community and set a good example for younger generations. It was a day of hard work, but also of laughter, connection, and a celebration of Earth Day.

We hope that next time more community members will join us, and together we will contribute to a better environment and a better future!
