2025 Seattle Culture Gala

On September 20, 2025, United Hub, together with twelve other local community organizations, co-hosted the 2025 Seattle Culture Gala at the Redmond Senior & Community Center. The event was a great success, attracting approximately 900 participants and supported by 90 volunteers.

United Hub hosted three booths at the event, featuring:

Chinese Painting – our artist shared his paintings with the community, showcasing traditional artistry and cultural expression;

Chinese Calligraphy – offering demonstrations and hands-on writing experiences for attendees;

Redmond Sustainable Planning Project – engaging community members in conversations about sustainability and the city’s future development.

During the event, United Hub Executive Director Qiong Chen presented the Cultural Contribution Award to distinguished education and cultural leaders who have made outstanding contributions to the community.

The Gala provided a valuable opportunity to celebrate cultural diversity, promote community engagement, and raise awareness of local initiatives. It also strengthened partnerships among participating organizations and enhanced United Hub’s visibility within the community.
