Walk to Harbor 2026

On February 7, 1886, hundreds of Chinese residents were forced to leave Seattle and expelled from their homes. This history is a wound that the Chinese community cannot forget and a memory that must be passed down through generations.

The year 2026 marks the 140th anniversary of the Chinese expulsion in Seattle. We sincerely invite you, your family, and friends to join the Chinese Expulsion History Remembrance March to honor our ancestors, remember history, and carry forward courage and dignity.

• Commemorative ceremony and guest speeches (approximately 30–45 minutes)

• Peace remembrance march starting from Hing Hay Park (approximately 1 hour)
